1. Order Processing Time

Depending on your location orders processing may take up to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because we work with trusted third-party suppliers and manufacturers, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item and supplier.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after processing and are as follows:

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • United States: 7–25 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


4. Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent to your email once the order ships.

In some cases, tracking updates may take several days to appear due to carrier processing times.


5. Split Shipments

Because we use multiple suppliers, your order may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by us and are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.


7. Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High demand periods

We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist if delays occur.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping/re-handling fees may apply.


9. Lost or Missing Packages
